We stayed at Le Mandrie Villa for a week and it was an incredible experience. Our spacious room had a modern bathroom with a fantastic shower. The restaurant on-site exceeded our expectations with delicious farm-to-table dishes. The views from the hotel during the day and night were simply breathtaking. The owner, Alex, provided outstanding service, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's farm-to-table concept, with ingredients from their own farm, made the dining experience even more special. Highly recommended!
Can recommend this hotel.

the view from the hotel is truly priceless, especially at night when enjoying dinner. the staff at this family-run hotel is warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. the restaurant serves delicious food with a comprehensive menu for non-vegetarians. the quality of the food is excellent, and they even produce many organic products themselves. the separate bedroom and sitting room/kitchenette in the villa are very convenient. the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Umbria, with easy access to Assisi and other attractions. the pool is refreshing and rarely crowded, and the poolside bar is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or snack.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 🙌.

The location was stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious food made with fresh, local ingredients. It was a treat to enjoy meals here.
Our experience was marred by several negative aspects. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel like a burden rather than valued guests.

I had a truly unforgettable stay at a charming villa nestled in the hills of Italy. The drive up was a bit challenging with the narrow one-lane road, but once I arrived, I was greeted by the warmest staff who made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious food served at the restaurant. Every dish was made with fresh, farm-raised ingredients, and the flavors were simply amazing. The view from the villa in the morning was absolutely breathtaking, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The property had a serene and tranquil atmosphere, and I loved being surrounded by nature, with animals like chickens nearby. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the basic cooking equipment in the room and limited dinner menu, I would still highly recommend Le Mandrie Di San Paolo Villa for anyone seeking a beautiful and relaxing getaway. my experience was superb and I would love to visit again in the future.

Stunning views, immaculate grounds, delicious farm-to-table meals, friendly staff, and peaceful nights. Local soaps available in rooms and for purchase. Alex, the owner, is devoted to the property, guests, and farm. Kids loved the pool and animals. Room had AC or fresh breezes. Warmed our hearts.
